Booking and payment

How do I book?

Booking is completed online through our website. Simply visit the product you would like to hire, check availability for your date, enter your postcode and follow the steps to complete your booking.

Once your booking is complete, you should receive a confirmation email. If this does not arrive, please check your junk or spam folder.

How do I pay?

Payment is made in cash on delivery.

Can I add more items after I’ve booked?

Yes. If you would like to add extra items such as Soft Play, Garden Games or fun food, please contact us and we will confirm availability.

Delivery and collection

What time do you deliver?

We usually deliver before midday. If your venue requires a specific delivery time, please include this in the booking notes and we will do our best to accommodate it.

What time do you collect?

Collection normally takes place between your stated pickup time and 7pm.

Do you set up the equipment?

Yes. We set up all inflatables and equipment on arrival and explain how everything works before leaving you to enjoy your event.

Hire duration and space

How long can I hire a bouncy castle for?

The standard maximum hire time available online is up to 6 hours. If you need equipment for longer, please note this during booking and we will try to allow additional time where possible.

What size are the bouncy castles?

Each product page includes full size and space requirements. Please check the individual listing carefully and ensure your venue has enough room, including space for safety mats and the blower.

What if I’m unsure about space or access?

If you’re not sure whether a bouncy castle or inflatable will fit, please contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to advise.

We provide event hire across South East London, including Bromley, Lewisham, Dulwich, Beckenham and surrounding areas.

Do you deliver to nearby areas?

Yes. If your area is close to our main delivery locations, please get in touch and we’ll confirm availability.

What products do you offer?

We supply a wide range of event equipment including Bouncy Castles, Bounce and Slide Castles, Soft Play, Inflatable Games and Garden Games.

Do you provide equipment for toddlers?

Yes. We have several soft play and low-level inflatables suitable for toddlers and younger children.

Do you offer party extras?

We also provide party extras such as Popcorn and Candy Floss machines and photo booth hire.

Events we cater for

What types of events do you supply?

We supply equipment for children’s birthday parties, family celebrations, school fun days, PTA events, community fairs, weddings and corporate family days.

Can adults use your inflatables?

Some inflatables are suitable for adults, while others are designed for children only. Please check the product description or contact us if you’re unsure.
